My 3 mile run was in the early hours this morning, still dark and lightning! Yikes, I’m not a fan of running while it’s lightning outside.  Yesterday I did rejuvenate with 2 runs.  One in the morning and one later that morning totaling 6 miles.  Felt GREAT!  Go rejuvenate today.
