Wednesday – Tuna  Salad      

Celery 1/2 cup per person

Onion  1/2 cup per person

Apple – cut an apple in half then cut in half again.  Chop one of the fourths (per person) and put in Tuna and the other half is to be eaten at lunch

Light Miracle Whip 1 Tablespoon per person

Spinach Salad

1/2 cup per person  Carrots  1/2 cup per person

2 Crackers – (GlutenFree crackers this week)

(No fruit – it is in our Tuna Salad)

Snack – Cheese Stick (low fat)  Celery sticks

ThursdayEgg Salad (recipe on website)

Egg Salad

Carrots – 1/2 cup

Cucumbers -1/2 cup

Small palm full of Blueberries

Snack Hummus with Celery 1/2 cup sticks and rest of carrot sticks

Friday – Mixed Salad With Chicken

Salad Greens with cubed chicken breast

Fruit Organic Grapes

Snack Deviled Eggs
