I don’t know if you have ever gone rock climbing, but I went for the first time this week as part of a “fun commitment” I made. This sport will test a climber’s strength, endurance, agility and balance along with his or hers mental control. By the way, this was an indoor event, so it was great for the hot days we are experiencing. I climb 5 walls and that was all I could do. My hand, finger and forearm strength were quite tired.
