Today ran 3 miles.  Starting back after running Grandma’s Marathon a few weeks ago.  Then grabbed my mountain bike and went for a 5 mile bike ride today to rejuvenate.  Plan to go rock climb later this evening also.!  So I would like to know what did you do to rejuvenate today?
